Beacon Fell is a famous hill and walk for locals of Lancashire, and one that can be climbed by all ages. It can be as long or as short as you like, ideal for a quick hike, picnics on a sunny day of a great trip for when school is out. I have been here many times since my kids were little and also with friends. This time it was just me and Jake the dog.
