We were rewarded with clear views all around. From the top we took a be-line towards Invergeldie Burn, then picked up the path again back to the start.
Welcome...
There are several blogs on the internet detailing other people’s walks up hills and mountains in the UK, there are many fine pages showing routes up various fells, many of which will be better than this blog. So, why bother reading my blog? No reason at all, so I guess you might as well move on…
You still here? Cool...let's see...
Ben Chonzie – Sept 2024
In September 2024 we took one of our regular trips to Bonny Scotland and stayed at a wonderful apartment in Killin. Our second walk of the trip was a trek to Ben Chonzie, setting off from Invergeldie. This is a popular walk (there were very few parking spaces left) without many challenges, although it was a bit of a slog straight upwards. It is deemed easy (ish) but I felt it was quite tough.
